Examination Of The Efficacy Of Acute L-alanyl-L-glutamine Ingestion During Hydration Stress In Endurance Exercise

この研究の注釈:

In subjects who reported to the lab in a dehydrated state who then, 45 minutes prior to an exercise test (75% VO2 max until fatigue), rehydrated with water or one of two solutions containing alanylglutamine (0.05g/kg or 0.2g/kg) noted that while, relative to the trial with no rehydration there was a relative increase in performance change, but overall supplementation did not improve overall time until fatigue relative to water.

Relative to the same protocol of which water was used, alanylglutamine failed to differntially affect cardiovascular parameters and other hormones and cytokines did not differ from water.
