Nettle Sting For Chronic Knee Pain: A Randomised Controlled Pilot Study

この研究の注釈:

A single blind study used for exploratory research was used in investigating whether or not Urdica Dioica (Stinging Nettle) was effective in reducing joint pain.

The application method was to take home a pretty plant, and press the leaves into the knees that hurt for 7 seconds.

There were no significantly different effects compared to placebo (simialrily looking plant), although patients did improve via placebo and did not mind the stinging sensation of the leaves.
